The truth of yoga cannot be found in a book. Although terminology and history have value, the core of the practice will always transcend language. The core of the practice allows you to express balanced and coherent states already available in your body.

As a teacher, Karah focuses on helping you achieve those states from where you are. Her classes are accessible on day one, but always include demonstrations of intermediate and advanced movements. Her students often say her optional “adjustments” - when she moves through the room to manually adjust your pose - are invaluable in making progress. Adjustments are always optional.

When she’s not teaching yoga, Karah enjoys hula hooping, playing trumpet, and cats. usually one at a time.
