Daina Marie Lewis has been a bright spot in the QC yoga community for the past 2 decades. Her practice has brought so much joy into her life! Yoga has been a tool, taught to her 25 years ago in college, that has never left her side.

If you were to ask her what yoga means to her she would tell you her favorite hashtag she uses #savedbyyoga. Her yoga practice has been there to lift her up when life has felt uncertain and overwhelming at times. It has been a healing tool for her body as she has shifted thru some major surgeries/injuries and deep anxiety. 

As a busy mom, running a frat house of boys, she knows all too well it can be hard to find time for yourself and the effects on your body/mind/spirit when you aren't connected can feel exhausting and overwhelming. 

When you cultivate more self love, you are able to show up for others in big ways, but it starts as an inside job first.

Daina’s goal as an instructor is for others to fall in love with this practice, as she has, and understand that it, your practice and your body, will shift each and every time you step onto your mat. To enjoy each breath and movement as it comes, with grace, ease and cultivating more love and strength from within.
